Pros

The company is professional, respectful, and fun. There is a great work-life balance (I was actually discouraged from receiving emails at home) and trust with flex-hours. Summit Information Resources encourages hard work, and has high expectations for employees... Rightly so, as the compensation for hard work is very generous. Plus the compensation package is more than generous. The company is growing and there is room for growth in your career, as well as promotion. I will be here for years to come!

Cons

The downside to working at Summit is that the company is still working on unifying the sales team efforts. The unification is a "work in progress", as they have hired and promoted to unify their team.
