Pros

At Summit Broadband I was given I high level of responsibility and was highly respected in my department. It was a great working environment.

Cons

During my employ there was new management. The last manager had left a lot of unfinished business and had not followed proper policies and procedures previously, so there was a bit of cleaning up to do.

Pros

- Laid back environment - No micromanagement

Cons

- Summit's fiber infrastructure is tiny compared to the other big players in this market - Pricing isn't competitive at all - The team for this market is way too large. You're already very limited with where you can prospect due to the size of the infrastructure, then you have people on your team who have been there for YEARS who have a ton of partners that send them leads. Add in the unrealistic pricing and the odds of you getting new sales to get anywhere near quota are astronomical.
