Pros

The employees are your biggest supporters. They are counting on you and hoping you can save them. They are hoping for changes.

Cons

The management are con artist. They promise you a million things but wont deliver. They lie so much. The probably is with management. They are very negative. One of the worst i have ever worked with. They change every day. Be prepared to be used and abused and they will get rid of you.

We are sorry that your perception of this company has been a negative one. It is true that in our company’s history, we have had a few changes in leadership. However, each change has been made with the intention of improving the company overall. We understand how change can be frustrating for employees, but our current leadership team is working to ensure that we focus on an employee-centric culture. If an employee believes we can improve, they are always invited to speak to any member of leadership through our open door policy. Our employees may be counting on us, but we are also counting on them to communicate issues so we can work to resolve them together. -Human Resources

Pros

- Laid back environment - No micromanagement

Cons

- Summit's fiber infrastructure is tiny compared to the other big players in this market - Pricing isn't competitive at all - The team for this market is way too large. You're already very limited with where you can prospect due to the size of the infrastructure, then you have people on your team who have been there for YEARS who have a ton of partners that send them leads. Add in the unrealistic pricing and the odds of you getting new sales to get anywhere near quota are astronomical.
