Pros

I started as a contracted employee. Summit broadband brought me on full time after my 6 month probationary period. I have worked for a few large corporations. At Summit, the personnel is helpful , compassionate, and kind. Yes, everyone is nice.

Cons

I have not encountered any problems working for this company. The only con for me is my commute is an hour.

- Laid back environment - No micromanagement

Cons

- Summit's fiber infrastructure is tiny compared to the other big players in this market - Pricing isn't competitive at all - The team for this market is way too large. You're already very limited with where you can prospect due to the size of the infrastructure, then you have people on your team who have been there for YEARS who have a ton of partners that send them leads. Add in the unrealistic pricing and the odds of you getting new sales to get anywhere near quota are astronomical.
