Pros

Training teacher, during my time there was the best coworker I've ever had. A truly unbelievably selfless person who truly cared about every representative both new and experienced. I could go all day about just how great he was, and I'm sure many other former TSR reps can as well. Fellow TSR floor agent people bond and leads are wonderful and try to all help each other

Cons

Management not on the right path for success Human Resource department is unprofessional No incentive for people who work harder than others, #1 metrics holder will get paid the same as the absolute last metric holder. Instantly drives all their best reps into the ground by giving no incentive to work harder and also putting a no promotion policy of one or two years no matter the work of the rep. The products and services are incredibly flawed, imagine telling a customer that there's nothing you can do for them and you'll have no internet for two weeks.

Pros

- Laid back environment - No micromanagement

Cons

- Summit's fiber infrastructure is tiny compared to the other big players in this market - Pricing isn't competitive at all - The team for this market is way too large. You're already very limited with where you can prospect due to the size of the infrastructure, then you have people on your team who have been there for YEARS who have a ton of partners that send them leads. Add in the unrealistic pricing and the odds of you getting new sales to get anywhere near quota are astronomical.
