Pros
I’ve been with the company going on 6 years and I’ve been able to grow within. Their recent merge with CityMd and the re-branding is taking the group to another level. Proud to be here.
Cons
Direct management matters. I started off with 2 horrible managers and almost left because of them. I later transferred and found a great office and an even better manager. When I get I reached all of my goals in my role I transferred again within and found other amazing leadership that has help grow and I’m happy to say from my current position I’m being considered for an even better role. If I would’ve let those other experiences over take me I would not have gotten to where I am. Management really matters.
