Good health insurance Good pay for what it is - just answering phones and speaking with nasty customers
Cons
Very isolating. Customers are nasty. Upper management keeps expanding despite being insanely booked out. Other people’s/departments’ incompetence screws you over. Very little training. Constant phone calls all day.
