At this very moment, I can't think of any positives about Summit Health.

Cons

Pay is awful. You'll be lucky if you start at $20/he and the for a college grad with years is experience. If you have an issue, prepare yourself for the fact that employee relations will not help you. They will stand by management but not the little people.

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
