Pros

Awesome place to work! They really car a lot I put their staff and show there appreciation for all the hard work we do! Not sure how it is going to be since they are now owned by Village MD but overall Summit is awesome!! Great Pay, Great benefits, Bonuses, and room for advancement to grow within the company. I absolutely love working here!

Owned by VillageMD Now not sure what the future holds.

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
