      -Managers are great, super communicative, and mindful in terms of PTO, sick days, working with your schedule, etc. - Starting base pay is good, it could be a little higher considering the economy - Workload is not complicated and straight forward - Coworkers are always fun, respectful, and very helpful.

      Cons

      - The break time is too short, 30 minutes is not enough. 45 mins to an hour should be given for a lunch break considering how most food places are 15 mins drive away. - The pay could be a little higher considering the economy.

      Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

      Cons

      Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
