Cons
Since they’ve cut benefits people have been leaving left and right with no rehire to take over their workload. So the people left have to do 2-3 people’s job and YET management still keeps moving deadlines earlier and earlier as if everyone isn’t already overworked as it is. And they have the audacity to preach about caring for our healths on their useless webinars. Higher ups gets paid the big bucks just to spew some bs about caring for our health once a month while we have to work late into the night just to meet their inane deadlines.
