Pros

Not too many pros besides a regular schedule where you don’t work past 7 pm

Cons

•Low pay •segregation between the back staff and front staff •no management on sight •do nothing about your concerns or ideas •Does not pay extra for a second language •Does not match for the 401k •No room for growth , they want to make people leads so they can do the dirty work for managers that do not want to be present If you’re looking to join a new career field this place will change your mind . Don’t start here

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
