Steady employment for now. Steady employment for now.

Cons

Company has taken away the 401k contribution, along with other various perks. Company will decide at the end of the year whether or not they will make a contribution to our 401k. Current contribution is zero on every single pay stub. The raises are nothing to speak of either. And the reviews are always late with no retroactive pay. The bonuses are gone as well.

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
