Pros

Decent Pay I have nothing else to say but they are making me write more

Cons

Poor Management. They do not treat you like a human, they ultimately treat you like a number. No work life balance. Zero flexibility. If you are not a single person with no family to take care of, it won't work out for you here. Their policies are not conducive to anyone who has children. No positive feedback no matter what an amazing job you are doing. They don't fire people who deserve to be fired.

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
