The training and onboarding was great and thorough.

Cons

Unfortunately some individuals have very poor attitudes and I am very surprised in the leadership and organization that knew of this and although had time to correct behaviors or remove certain people. They let these behaviors go unchecked and bend to to the will of these individuals forcing good hard workers out.

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
