Pros

I genuinely cannot think of a single good thing about working for this company.

Cons

Management has absolutely no communication with clinical staff. Corporate/higher management does not care about their workers at all. I have worked for this company for almost 2 years now and have yet to speak to a radiologist directly, which should be an everyday occurrence. If you decide to work for this company, you will have to be okay with being undervalued, ignored when you have concerns about literally anything, and being spoken down to. Benefits are laughable, healthcare packages are too expensive and you still have large deductibles and copays. They no longer match 401k contributions either ever since VillageMD acquired them. Do yourself a favor and don't even apply. Their head of HR is possibly the worst woman I've ever met in my life. Belittles, ignores you, and makes you feel stupid for saying anything to begin with, and she's supposed to be the person I can go to for any issues or concerns I have, make it make sense.

Pros

Loved the doctors I worked with and everything was great until we moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new manager

Cons

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
