Went bad after merging with other companies. All staff including management is TOXIC!! Bullying Favoritism Intrusiveness The gossip and lies that float around are incredibly toxic. Communication is non existent. No helping among departments and sites. Bitter environment. Constant drama HIPPA violations daily due to bored employees. Benefits including 401K are no longer good. No more bonuses. Absolutely no communication. If you want to work at a place that is easy with decent pay but is mind numbingly toxic and annoying due to staff, this is the place for you. You have to shut out your surroundings and not get caught up in the drama.
