Pros
None at all, its corporate medicine.
Cons
Corporate company that do not care about the patients or the healthcare workers that take care of them. A lot of the outpatient office practitioners are not up to date on current clinical guidelines. Not ordering proper screening tests for patients based on new scientific guidelines, or not providing patients new medications available on the market. This is likely due to poor upper management MDs not enforcing good healthcare for patients rather, focusing on profits (i.e. high patient volume and low quality care). Aside from that as the other reviews mention, quite a toxic workplace overall. No clear guidelines are set by clinical managers (both MD and non-MD). Patients call the offices complaining of incorrect or unauthorized billing (although the care providers answering these calls i.e. nurses and doctors know nothing about the billing situation). It seems some unfair billing practices are occurring. If you are a RN,NP,MD,DO or any healthcare provider please save yourself and do not apply here.
