Excellent Company - Management Summit Midstream Corporation Employee Review

Summit maintains a small company feel where everyone, up to the CEO, is available. It is not unusual to be greeted by the CEO, CFO, etc. on a daily basis. The culture is one where people trust each other and actually help each other. I worked in much larger companies prior to coming to Summit. The type of corporate environments that were very much "dog eat dog" where everyone was looking out for themselves. It is refreshing, and a bit surprising, that a company like this is still around.
