Work from home; supportive co-workers; flexible work schedule; good pay; great benefits; open and transparent communication

Cons

Too many unnecessary levels of management; nepotism is everywhere; people doing poorly and negatively affecting others because they don't know what they're doing stick around for years, and even get promoted.
