Pros

Great place to work with great people. No weekends, nights, or holidays is a major benefit. Surgeons here are awesome to work with. Our anesthesia group is also top notch. Great camaraderie amongst peers.

Cons

The ASC managers are great. But sometimes mid level management seems like they prioritize cost savings over improving operational efficiency.
