      Pros

      Good benefits Some managers are great to work with Good work/life balance most the time Not bad for career building experience

      Cons

      No accountability, poor communication between departments and management. Best employees are always asked to clean up messes but reciev no recognition. Minimal training given across the board. No attempts at showing employee appreciation, no interest in retaining talent. Tech center facility is in bad shape.

      Pros

      The pay is OK. There are some good people employed here. Decent benefits. 401k. Pto Vacation after 1 yr Yearly raises for the first 5 yrs.

      Cons

      Poor management. No work, home balance, they expect you to live at work. The 401k is forced, you can not decline it. Best believe, this company doesn't care about employees. No communication from the top down. Something will change and you won't be notified til you've done it the previous way and get in trouble. Point system is horrendous, it takes 2 months perfect attendance to get 1 point back. Pto is hard to use. Gets denied often. Even with plenty of notice.
