      Pros

      Mon thru Friday work, weekends off. They are forever changing what program to use, and what communication process to work As soon as one program is learned they switch to a different program.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from upper management. No monthly meetings either by phone conversation or in person. Don't know what is going on until it comes down and they are complaining that what is being done is incorrect. No place for advance and limited opportunities to learn how to advance.

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
