Business Outlook
Pros
1. Great location by expressway. Headquarters will be moving a mile East to a nicer building with nice amenities. 2. Vacation days, if unused, cannot be carried over to the following year to encourage employees to take them. 3. There are talented employees.
Cons
1. Salary and benefits can be better esp. with the company's revenue size. 2. Too many Chiefs not enough Indians. 3. Culture is not good. Most employees look miserable or not happy making it look unprofessional. And most managers don't appear approachable. 4. Upcoming leadership changes hopefully can mean better in so many levels. 5. Computer Systems are slow and not efficient to use. So much time wasted on manual reporting.
