      Pros

      Nothing, honestly not single thing.

      Cons

      Although the hourly pay is higher then the TFL bus’s, when you consider the work load is not simply not worth it. Loading laggage, checkin and selling tickets, handling cash, making travel announcements, and expected to do machacial work e.g remove disabled bays during service. If you have a choice between this and Red buses, don’t even entertain national express at least they reach a minimum pay of £15 per hour

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
