      Pros

      Relaxed working environment. Great budget for team socials. Nice Regional managers.

      Cons

      CEO Alex Jensen allowed there to be redundancies across the white coach business and is squeezing the life out of the front line customer service teams. It is a great shame to see it happen to friends and colleagues and this decision should lie heavy in the heart of Alex Jensen.

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
