there are no good reasons to work for this company.

Cons

owners hire their best friends to be part of the c-suite. C-Suite members are allowed to yell at, belittle, name call, LIE, and then when you go to HR, HR lies and says they will handle it and you are safe from retaliation, then do everything in their power to make you resign, or worse will fire you, even when you are a top performer. Take my advice, stay FAR away from this company, unless you want to be treated poorly and enjoy working 10-12 days, and weekends.

Nice office environment, free daily lunches.

Cons

Management style needs to be reoptimized. There is minimal guidance and lots of blame towards employees who have been with the company for several years to fix the issues. The energy of this place feels like you’re walking on eggshells and being monitored daily. Stay far away.
