Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Summit Therapeutics Employee Review

Kudos to the person that had the courage to be honest and post the *1* star review February 27th. Their statement is absolutely true. Very toxic and hostile work environment. Many clin ops professionals were demoted and/or terminated in a manner that was publicly humiliating. There is no pipeline of other products so I wonder how they will manage in the competitive lung cancer space? There are so many good companies in the Bay Area that foster growth and development and support their employees that I would recommend you consider before Summit. Once bonuses are paid out, I’m sure more people will leave.
