Compensation sucks! You don’t even get the title that you deserve, there is no sign on bonus. They look for people who are laid off, or frustrated at current job. Everybody here is from pharmacyclics or some other people they had worked before, so if you are an outsider good luck! People are rude and just basically here for big payouts (if the drug gets approved]. The drug will get approved as it is approved in China. But the craziness here is unspoken of!
