      Pros

      Sumner is a family environment and allows for innovative thinking and autonomy in your position. I appreciate the quality of education we provide and the exceptional students we work with everyday.

      Cons

      This not necessarily a con, but we are growing fast and are continually staffing to match the needs of our growth. With that growth there are a few growing pains along the way, but leadership is anticipating the needs well.

      Flexible work Student interactions not much else

      Cons

      -College president is out of touch, and wants what she wants without listening to what the employees and students need. -Spends more time on the perception of the school than actually investing in the school and people. -Admissions operates in an ethically gray area, and calls are recorded so there is no accountability. -Technology and students management systems need a major upgrade -HR is not your friend
