      Wonderful people to work with, great energy, pay is above average for area for this position. Students are great to work with as well especially the ADN students.

      Cons

      Would like to see office become more paperless and more efficient reporting functions on our systems.

      Flexible work Student interactions not much else

      Cons

      -College president is out of touch, and wants what she wants without listening to what the employees and students need. -Spends more time on the perception of the school than actually investing in the school and people. -Admissions operates in an ethically gray area, and calls are recorded so there is no accountability. -Technology and students management systems need a major upgrade -HR is not your friend
