      Pros

      -Working with the students -Seeing students graduate and get the job they were hoping for when they started -Paid Holidays (for full-time) -Co-workers are great -Always opportunity's to take an new projects and learn new skills as the College grows

      Cons

      As the school grows there are changes and it can be hard to get everyone on board.

      Flexible work Student interactions not much else

      Cons

      -College president is out of touch, and wants what she wants without listening to what the employees and students need. -Spends more time on the perception of the school than actually investing in the school and people. -Admissions operates in an ethically gray area, and calls are recorded so there is no accountability. -Technology and students management systems need a major upgrade -HR is not your friend
