The work is not difficult. The work is reasonable. The non-senior managers are decent. The benefits are average. They emphasize training and development for its people.

Cons

The senior managers make the work difficult. The senior managers do not know how to change their management and leadership style based on their team. They try to use cookie cutter style management. That is one size fits all.

Great people, excellent communication, interview process was really easy. Their recruiters are awesome people, they stay in touch and really keep things open and honest. I really appreciate that.
