Pros
Sun is a huge company and has a lot of resources. More importantly the leadership is approachable and willing to support if a business case can be made for those resources. The divisions within Sun are focused on success as a group. There is a lot of consultation and discussion between operations, technology and sales
Cons
Sun is a huge corporation and it can be difficult to keep entire divisions pulling in the same direction. There are personalities and strategies that don’t always align, like any big company or family for that matter.
