Pros
A positive sign is when many of the people have been with the company for 10 years or more. However, with that they are still looking for ways to remain relevant as the industry continues to change.
Cons
A challenge that still remains is altering peoples minds that the company needs to continue to evolve. Many people have been happy with remaining at the status quo and are reluctant to change however upper management is eager to move forward giving lots of credibility to newcomers into the organization.
