Pros
The people are great, they're very friendly even when you mess up. There is a variety of projects so you can never get bored. The higher ups do a good job explaining the projects and are always available to help. They do eventually give out merit increases or bonuses; if it is not received just send an email and they take care of it in a month.
Cons
The training is not standard for everyone, it is not always the same person training and could be someone who has been there for two months showing you how to do a test they did twice. They moved me to another lab but there is still no bonus or better pay, even though now I'm crosstrained in both labs. There is no back pay when they mess up a bonus or merit increase, it just starts when they finally get to it.
