Business Outlook
Pros
Nice location, mostly good residents, opportunity to build your own team and once that happens, things run pretty smooth. No pros on upper management and HR. Would give zero stars if they let me.....
Cons
Untrusting of employees, always thinking they are stealing. No work/home balance with the ridiculous goals they expect us to achieve. Time off is laughable, we are expected to work their "paid holidays" because we don't close ever, even if that means missing church because someone wants to see a home that they will never buy because of the awful interest rates offered by the banking partners. Oh and upper management in the main office is nothing but a boys club of who is who and the rest of us are nobodies.
