      Work is challenging. We've been able to work remote up until recently- free starbucks, gym, lunch when at the corporate office

      Cons

      Little to no work life balance - consistently working 50-60 hrs/wk without fail. No give on the additional workload which is causing burnout amongst the corporate office team.
