Pros
Pay, benefits and annual bonus are very good - better than most other employers in the industry for experienced insurance reps
Cons
They do not really train you so if you can't figure it out on your own expect to struggle. They pay more for experience and knowledge and expect you to know what you are doing. While this can be good, without training on their products and procedures, it can be a difficult work environment.
