No Pros I can think of.
Cons
Terrible culture. Inwardly focused. The layout in the old building should have been a red flag. Poor office layout with no team work or collaboration in mind. For those in cubicles they were very small and had 6+ foot walls which eliminates the ability for people to talk, share, include, etc.
