      Company is continually trying to improve, whether it's launching a new Sabbatical program, or rolling out Brighter Way/Continuous Improvement mindset training; Lots of opportunity with so much change and the people are some of the nicest you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Some people don't like continual change, which can drag others down.
