Pros

- has a well-defined digitalization roadmap and is committed to push all business units to adapt to technology and innovation solutions - exercise lean management in refining a lot of companies outdated processes - committed to invest in technical talents, such as data scientists, analytics, and developers - very flexible benefit package

Cons

- False recognition is common. Good talents can often be chosen to do 'grunt' work rather than being utilize efficiently. - multi level hierarchy makes it hard for talents to make their ideas/suggestions known and be effectively discussed and be implemented timely - currently VPs and above level have very minimal visible minority
