A very good place to work have decent salary, competitive environment, kind and respectable people i've worked with, this company helped me grow not just on my field of expertise but also other skill.
Cons
As stated on the pros, it has its competitive environment it is a good and has its bad as well in terms of work life balances there are sacrifices on it but not that severe. It is also not required. But it is on you if you want to help the team finish it's goal.
