Pros

The pay is competitive, benefits are standard. They give you free CEU's. Working there for at least 2 years in a clinical position makes you eligible for additional student loan forgiveness (not just PSLF)

Cons

All therapy appointments are only 30 minutes for adults, including adults with Trauma :-(. Lots of paperwork. Sessions are back to back with only 30 minutes for lunch :-( Feels more like a factory than a mental health wellness program

Pros

One of the most organized clinics in which I have worked. I am a psychiatrist, and Sun River tries to make services accessible to anyone, regardless of insurance. I personally have referred close friends for care. I have confidence in the competence of the doctors and therapists as being some of the best in the industry.

Cons

Can be a wait to get into services at times. Call center has a high turn over.
