They cover cost of malpractice The mission that started the organization is fabulous

Cons

Poor communication from supervisors Required items for various certifications and Relias trainings are expected to be done on own time now when we used to get time blocked in our schedules to complete Poor CME reimbursement There are no provider led programs they pigeon home you snd have you work like machines to just see patients The productivity and quality bonus is rarely attainable by a quality provider

Pros

One of the most organized clinics in which I have worked. I am a psychiatrist, and Sun River tries to make services accessible to anyone, regardless of insurance. I personally have referred close friends for care. I have confidence in the competence of the doctors and therapists as being some of the best in the industry.

Cons

Can be a wait to get into services at times. Call center has a high turn over.
