Very Poor Upper Management Structure - Marketing SunTrust Employee Review

Management is so full of layers it is nearly impossible to make your mark in this organization. I spent 3 years there and was thoroughly frustrated. I would not recommend it for top performers because you will become disillusioned rather quickly.
