Pros
-There are a lot of employee discounts offered. -It is a major corporation so job security is a plus. -Salary is reasonable.
Cons
-Pay raises are almost nonexistent. As a teller, a 2% pay raise is the most they offered which totals to about $0.20 per year. With that type of raise, you'll never get anywhere. -Every branch has their own rules it seems like, so customer's are just as confused as the employees which causes some serious problems. -Transferring to a new location is a joke. I was treated like some random person off the street and not like a current employee. Keep in mind I got perfect reviews, and this didn't help one bit.
