They want you to prioritize the clients that will get you the best referrals. -I felt overscrutinized at every turn. (A sigh was called negative) -When questions are asked about why we are doing something, it is considered negative. (Questions do not represent negativity) -Working as a team is great, but we are truly paid to be nice and considerate to customers, and it is hard to work as a team when everyone that you work with goes behind your back with every problem that they may have with you instead of coming to you with it. - All mistakes, no matter how small work their way up to higher management. Nothing can just be handled without your branch manager, operations manager, and region manager, maybe even the security officer knowing.
