Pros
My co-workers are the only pro. Talking to them and making it through the day with them is about the only reason I don't lose my sanity at this company. The support they offer is wonderful.
Cons
Everything. This is such a poorly run company. Upper management could care less about its employees unless they sell sell sell. And even if you sell sell sell you have to sell more to make up for other people. Everyone is so stressed out and understaffed. The morale is horrible. There is so much pressure to reach numbers that there are very unethical things being done to the point I would never recommend suntrust to a friend or family member. I have never worked for a company that cares so little for employees. Do not work here if you genuinely care about people. If you're a sleazy salesman this company will be wonderful for you.
