Job threatened every single day. Micro management. Unrealistic and unachievable sales goals. Company is moving to more of a sales industry. This is an aggressive sales job. Even tellers are required to do sales. They have scaled branches down to a bare minimum crew so you are often doing the work of 2-3 people. The pay is not good enough for what is required of the employee.
